Ingredients

  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium tamari
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Cook rice noodles according to package.
  • Sauté garlic and ginger in water, add veggies and cook until crisp-tender.
  • Add noodles and tamari. Stir well and heat through.
