Veggie Stir-Fry with Rice Noodles
This is veggie stir-fry

Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tbsp low-sodium tamari
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Cook rice noodles according to package.
- Sauté garlic and ginger in water, add veggies and cook until crisp-tender.
- Add noodles and tamari. Stir well and heat through.
Reheating
Stovetop
Sauté with a splash of water for 3–5 minutes.
Microwave
1–2 minutes, stir halfway.
