Ingredients
- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked if needed)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 cup water or unsweetened plant milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil pasta and broccoli together until tender. Drain.
- Blend cashews, garlic, lemon, nutritional yeast, and water until smooth.
- Combine pasta, broccoli, and sauce in a pan. Heat gently.
